Véronique Lemieux is a Quebec-based winemaker and sustainability innovator known for bridging rural and urban viticulture.
She leads experimental, regenerative projects at Vignoble La Bauge in Brigham, while also founding “Vignes en ville”, Montreal’s pioneering rooftop vineyard initiative. With a background in permaculture and winemaking (Cornell University), she champions circular agriculture, hybrid grape varieties, and climate-resilient practices.
Her work merges science, education, and environmental stewardship to create wines – and ecosystems – that reflect both place and purpose.
