The festival will be held in Disseny Hub Barcelona, located in the Poblenou district. Barcelona airport is well-connected to the city centre via public bus shuttle called Aerobus or via taxi . The festival’s venue, Disseny Hub, is a 1-minute walk from the metro line L1 (red colour), and the closest metro is Glòries – use the Plaça de les Glòries Catalanes or Badajoz exit. The Box Offfice is outdoors on Carrer de Irena Sendler, near the lake – look for the white container. Exchange your PDF ticket for a wristband at the Box Office and keep it on during the entire event. To avoid long queues, we recommend arriving early. The official language of the festival is English, so all the activities will be carried out in English.

No, each ticket only has a unique number and a QR code that will be scanned at the Box Office to provide you with a wristband.

If your purchase has taken place correctly, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with detailed information on the purchase you have just made. When you purchase the ticket, the system automatically generates the invoice. We recommend you check the "Spam" section. If it didn’t work, please send a request to estela@offf.barcelona, indicating your full name, the type of the purchased ticket (Early Bird / Regular / Workshop ticket), the paid amount and the billing information.

The remained tickets can be purchased at the box office of Disseny Hub Barcelona on the day of the festival. Please keep in mind that usually all tickets are sold out before the festival, so better hurry up ;)

No changes or refunds will be accepted after the transaction has been carried out. An error during the purchase or failure to attend the event, among other reasons, will not be grounds for a refund of the sum or any modification to tickets purchased. The purchase amount of the tickets will only be reimbursed in the event of a verified technical problem within the purchase or total cancellation of the event. Please mind that the ticket is valid for OFFF Barcelona 2025 edition only. Since the ticket is not nominal, you can pass it to a colleague or a friend.
